Do you want to know what my meal plan looks like?
1-week meal plan – consists of short nutrition guideline (hydration, detox, meal timing), 1 whole week with 4-5 meals per day, recipes for all meals, communication with me for every question you have (every day if needed). This meal plan is great to choose if you want to see if this program is for you or not. In case of losing weight, you can see the results even after the first week, though you will be excreting the water before the body fat.
1-month meal plan – consists of long nutrition guideline (hydration, detox, meal timing, what to avoid or reduce, how to combine food properly, list of foods you should eat…), 1 whole month (4 weeks) with 4-5 meals per day, recipes for all meals, communication with me for every question you have (every day if needed).
I can help you if you have a health problem such as hypertension, gastritis, insulin resistance, diabetes, gout, anaemia, Hashimoto, IBS, etc.
Also, I work with the whole family (everyone gets their own meal plan, but if you have lunch or any other meal together, those meals are the same so you don’t have to prepare everything separately), kids, teenagers, people who are physically active (recreationally and professionally), pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Meal plans can be made for vegans, vegetarians, people who are fasting, etc.
Additionally, I always try to adapt the foods in your menu to your environment and the country you live in.
Each meal plan is specifically tailored to fit the individual, according to your personal needs, wishes and health condition.
